Is it possible to give a unit % Damage Reduction of Magic spells?
Is it possible to give a unit % Damage Reduction of specific elements (lightening, fire, ice, etc.).
Is it possible to add % Damage Reduction with items, spells, abilities?
Is it possible to subtract % Damage Reduction with items, spells, abilities? (Below 0 even? So as to render effective Damage Amplification?)

No, it isn't, Raman. The units Armor is it's "Damage Reduction." I asked about "Percent Damage Reduction." Huge difference between 50 Damage Reduction and 50% Damage Reduction.
Ok, thanks for the Elemental info.

There's an item ability by the name of Item Spell Damage Reduction. That should help you.

The default setting was 33%.
