Spell casting time animation

How can I make a unit play its spell ready animation during the cast time of a spell and then play the spell throw or spell slam animation when the cast time ends and the spell is cast?
If you don't understand the question, here is an example:
In WoW when you cast a certain spell the char starts playing its spell ready animation and when the cast time ends the char plays its spell throw animation.

      • Animation - Make unit play 'spell throw' animation
      • Animation - Queue 'stand' animation for unit
