Hi, i need help creating a spell with charges like an items
this spell is not a target spell, like Thunderclap. the spell will hit the enemy in front of spell caster, no matter if its a hero or unit, it will damaging, knockback and reduce enemy movespeed (not permanently). have 3 level, each level will get 1 charges, so it'll only have 3 charges, spell will recharge depend on skill cooldown.
