Hi, I recently downloaded PyramidHe@d's Nethermage model in the model sections.

http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/nether-mage-155065/

While you can speed up the walk animation, there is no way to speed up the units attack animation without speeding up it's cooldown, which will cause various issues with damage. Lets blame this on an issue with World Editor. Don't believe me? It's been tested and confirmed that attack animation has this issue on the forum of the Nethermage.

Anyways, what I now would like to know is how to speed up the attack animations of the Nethermage so I can make it usable.

EDIT: I've recieved word that Pyramidhe@d will be doing the edits himself. However, for the sake of learning, I would love to know how to do this.

Thanks in advance ^^

If someone could do it for me, that too would be great :)

convert the model from *.mdx to *.mdl
find an awesome program
and replace all "digits":space with 2*"digits":space

or do it manually with the war3 model editor which should be a pain in the ass

I'll try it myself since I always wanted to find a mighty tool which is able to find and replace stuff more advanced then notepad or something

wait some days

edit:
a nice program to do this is "Replace Pioneer" but it seems like I lack too much knowledge of mdl-files to scale the animation speed down
fortunately milkshape has a tool to downscale animations but unfortunately I can't import it :S
converting it number by number would be ridiculous cause there are more then 10800 to be changed :S
