Spec ops and Marine

The first is a special forces soldier (possibly navy seal as i used a picture of one for reference) and an unfinished terran marine.
it looks really messy because i shrunk it using mspaint and...didn't turn out too well. oh well

Looks good, ignoring the fact you used Paint to shrink it (I recommend you GIMP or Photoshop to shrink images). Maybe a little more shading and such.

Say another thing, try copying* the images and draw them over with a black marker/pen or something.

Please could you explain how you drew these, like the style you used etc? I am interested in taking up some drawing and feel I might start out using this sort of technique as it offers a simple yet unique effect

Here's the technique: grab a pencil and press it on a flat surface while moving your hand....seriously, what kind of question was that?
