Spawning a hero with a specific level

Hey, hivers! Another questiom, How do I spawn a hero with a specific level like when it is night time a Level 8 hero will appear

After you spawn the unit create an action that's something along the lines of
'Hero - Set Level - Set (Last Created Unit) Hero-level to 8, Hide level-up graphics'
