Interesting projectile, could be useful.
Unfortunately, I suspect that this may be a ripoff of in-game models.
The file-size is pretty large; as a projectile of this type, it would be more useful with a lower file size. This could be achieved by replacing certain parts of the model with particle emitters to do the same thing.
For now, I give this a 3/5. If you get the file-size lower, I'll rate it a 4/5.
