sound set problem???

first, I replaced footman's sounds with my sounds to my model.it worked.but I tried another sound with same file format it didn't work then I set it back it didn't work again.what is the reason of model's not talking even I replace it.

Have you deleted the old "custom" sound?

doesn't matter, I re-replaced in another empty map.still no sound

Sounds became corrupted maybe?
