SOS!! No tutorials show how to import portrait!!

I've tried many tutorials, but none show to pass this god dam step!

I know how to add model attachments to unit and chaging units model to a imported one. But not how to get the portrait to work. Ive tried many tutorials but mostly they end up in my Object Editor the field is'nt there!
