[General] Sorting and Categorizing

I'm really a huge fan of categorizing the objects in the object editor.
Personally, I think that all melee-objects should be left unchanged, all forces should be in a different races (e.g.: in a TD, the buildings could be "Human" and the incoming creeps "Orc").
Dummies are marked as "Special" ("Editor - Categorization Special"), and campaign... I don't use that one very often :p.
With this, I'm always able to find the unit I want to modify in the blink of an eye.

That said, you cannot order the objects as you wish: it's alphabetically by default.
The only thing you can do is put them into categories to make your own life a little easier.

Yeah, but I've got a lot of custom races, and I need something a bit more efficient, since after a while it gets very hard to find anything. I think there's some tools like the ones in UMSWE, but I'd rather not use that. I'd like to know if i have to or if there is something in the middle.

Well, the editor supports up to 28 different categories. That's not enough?

Each race has "Melee", "Campaign", "Special" and "Campaign,Special" - 4 options.
There are 7 races total: "Human", "Orc", "Undead", "Night Elf", "Naga", "Neutral Hostile" and "Neutral Passive" - that's 7 races.
4*7 = 28.

Of course, some of them might already be taken by enemies (I'm mostly looking at neutral hostile), but that still leaves at least 24 categories open.
If you don't want to use 2 of the options (say, "Special" and "Campaign"), you've still got 12 categories left (2 options * 6 races).
