Ahhhxx, the issue is that the editor applies transformations in a fixed order: scale first, then rotation. If you stretch a model non‑uniformly (exmpl. Y scale different from X/Z), the geometry is already elongated before you rotate it. When you then rotate it, the skewed shape rotates, producing a sheared appearance.

That’s why uniform scaling (X = Y = Z) or models that are naturally symmetrical (like a wall piece) don’t show the skew; they are either scaled uniformly or their geometry is such that the skew is less noticeable.

I checked these models. That model is a Wall End piece, it's not made to be stretched on Y, I know it looks cool but... better to scale it proportionally then maybe connect multiple pieces into a wall. Like this:
