Some Texture replacement

I also want to change the roof of building with this texture

I have more buildings using ingame textures so it would be good if I just import these textures and set the path for them to replace the original ones but i don't know how to do that.

You may want to search for UVMapping in GMAX. GMAX is a free modeling software. The tutorial I'm going to link teaches UVMapping in Milkshape 3D which, I don't think is free.

I don't have any experience in modeling. I just wanted someone to create a custom textures from images i've posted wich will replace ingame textures so I just import these 2 created textures and change path to whatever it must be to replace ingame textures.
