plz help me i have 2 questions :
1] I want to make a spell that i make a link between the hero and the target (health drain) and when the unit go far from the hero his movement speed reduce and when he reach a far distance there is a chance 50% that the target will be stuned
2] plz tell me how to make to a passive spell a cooldown
