Some problems with adding/updating resources

My problem is very simple. Attempt to add a new model. I Click Add/Update resources and I follow the steps that request to me puting the obligatory things. But the model does not appear to me.

Might have been an error on submiting. It happened some times when I tryed to submit Maps.

maybe its to do with your cookies, usaully custom animated model dont show up in the fist submission attempt.
