Ok listen up people. I have an idea that will unit the good triggerers-Jassers and will make others to learn, participate etc.

Ill gove you my new system, and we will try to enhance it

This system is some kin of bubble text maker, which when you say something, creates above your unit a Floating text, that sais what you have writen

-Creates and moves the floating text
-Wipes it after 8 seconds
-If the length is above 20 characters, it writes the 20 first characters and 3 dots (e.g. I really love my cat. She's adorable ==> I really love my cat...)


A nice enhancement is to make it clear bad words such as fuck (sry) ==> @#%&. Or convert to JASS.

The bad word filter, the easiest way should be to make an array of all the bad words and check between every space if it's a hit. No idea how to make that tough :/ Think you need to use JASS.

I have created a nice one I think...
It reads the entire sentence, converts all leet-speak to standard letters, then checks that sentence for any bad words, if a sentence contains a fraction of the bad word, it's blocked.

The only difference is that - instead of changing the text - it will warn the player, when someone has 3 warnings, he's unable to play for 3 minutes, when someone has 6 warnings, he's kicked.

(e.g.: I censor the word "Fuc", in that case every sentence containing "fuc" will be censored, like "ifuckinghateyou", I have also censored the word "noob", so n00b, n0ob, n[][]b or any other leet-speak is also censored).

I'm trying to find it right now (it's completely GUI by the way and I think you'll be able to change it to the way you want... you basically just need to change the letters of the censored words to equally much random letters/symbols or *).

Just a question though. Why would you want to do that? In non-cinematic maps, other players are able to see what you're writing anyway. In cinematics, you can make units talk anyway. So, okay, it's fun. But does it have any uses?

It has to do with a custom game interface. The tutorial I used was found at:

The spaces between the two dashes are enough to not crash your game and still work.
