Yup. It has no death animation
But it is more flexible like this, because now you can stack one on top of the other, et cetera...
Anyway, if anyone feels like animating it (if you really need to make an unit out of it, or something), I give my full permission

Animated Doodads are very usefull for detailed maps.
In one mape of mine, i change the behaviour of all apple trees during the seasons, and its only possible because they have animations!!!!!
Still very usefull, ( but sometimes, animations are nessecary for great doodads! )

This is extremely useful, if a bit simple. I would suggest changing the cage-pillars-things texture - perhaps a metal texture will do well.
