[Spell] Slow Motion Mode and Kill Cam

Hello, I'm here to ask help.

I've always wanted a system that is kinda unique.
See here's my idea. Every time I kill an enemy hero, the game
goes slow motion. Yes, I know you can do this with GUI but the time
I used the "Change game speed to Slow / Normal / Fast" it bugs the game
and will occur a disconnection to other players.

Also, when your hero gets killed, it will go to cinematic mode and follow the movement of the killer like its camera is locked for at least 5 seconds. Now that is the kill cam.

Do you think this is possible?

If yes, can you please help me on making it.
It would also give a great contribution on hive and might be
useful to others.

For the slow motion. Can you make a test map or show me the trigger how?
Because, I'm not really good at codes only basic and mostly GUI.

The slow motion on pudge wars is awesome.
That could help my map but it seems that I don't find any system
that does that.

You can modify AS, MS and other stats but it's best if things are triggered anyway. Timers' timeouts need to be stretched.

But I am not sure if the SetGameSpeed native really causes a split in multiplayer. A little test I just executed did not but it may relate to some kind of influenced feature your map possesses my test has not included.
