Slow connection when accessing hive...

Am I the only one that experiences laggy/slow connection when accessing hive? It takes about 5 ~ 10 seconds when opening a thread, and about 10 ~ 20 seconds when posting a reply/comment.

Well, happens to me too. I cannot blame my connection because even with good connection speed suddenly Hive became slow.

Happens, but usally fixes itself in a matter of a few minutes, as far as I have experienced.

this has happen twice to me, two days ago from 6PM to about 8PM and yesterday during 9PM to 10PM if I was right [timezone : GMT+8]

I hope there will be no more issue about this.

Hmm.. I've experienced this too, and I too have a stable connection. Based on the Downtime & Outages thread Ralle made, I think it's a problem with the server(s).

I used to spend too much time clicking the CP for updates, so I got myself leechblock and put a delay when accessing that specific address.

@UI if you're still having the problem, try accessing the hive through a different internet source (i.e. computer cafes, computer shops, a friend's house, etc.) if it still persists, then it's with the server you're accessing.

Hmm... that's weird. Mine happens sometime in the afternoon, but does not last more than 30 mins.

I think maybe an ASEAN server and an Europe server is broken, thus hindering the signal transmission....
Lets see from which regions has this problem.......

If i posted bad comments it takes 1-2 seconds to load up...

If i posted good comments it takes 1-2 minutes to load up..

Its okay, we do know its a mistake. Just remember not to click Post two times even how slow is net because when it loads it will make you a double post.

It could also be that, plausible but still not proven, your connection slows down in that time? Maybe there's a virus that you haven't detected yet, or could it be that your connection blinks in-and-out from time to time?

My net is currently fine on that time. That's pretty weird, many users also experiences that.

I'm pretty sure our nets are fine during that time [mine is 3G via mobile with speed of around 200KBps or more {I dunno how fast but not to brag}] so I'm pretty sure it's not net problem, first time I'm experiencing this I thought I have lost all of my 5MB net on my Mobile then I'll check and try on another sites and it's works fine, plus I still have more than 2MB Quota that time.
