Sky terrain(read further)

If anyone could help me make this terrain it would be awesome, http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/idea-factory-462/map-only-sky-169686/#post1611849 . the map will be difficult. some models that are needed is some animated fog/clouds, and maybe a custom tile, thats looks like clouds. because right now what looks best is the white marble tile from dalaran.
