[skins] how to use it (New)

as you read it, this is not the usually talked by some of newbies, on here i wanna ask how to use the skins without deleting the current skin from warcraft 3?

If by deleting the current skin you refer to overwriting the skin in the map, then I'm not sure you have any other choice than exporting the model the skin is for to alter the paths, import the modified model and import the skin to the custom path you made. It will take extra file space, but this way you can use skins the same way you use models.
