heres what i do... i use w3viewer to open a .blp thenchanged it so i can use it with paint then i just decided to invert the color to test it so i saved it again. after that i changed it back to .blp and imported it as units\human\rifleman\rifleman.blp the restarded world editor... it was still the normal rifleman no wierd colors
