Skin Not working??

For some reason my skins arent working. I even went as simple as hueing a leg of a rifle man targad it, then blped it then Units\Human\Rifleman\Rifleman.blp but it doesnt show. Did i forget to do somthing?

He changed the hue of the leg part of the rifleman, then he saved it as a TGA, converted and saved it as BLP through WC3Extractor (I think). I also seem to have a problem with this, or I'm jsut doing it wrong. I changed the hue of what i think is the Endurance Aura skin, and saved it as blp, imported, changed path etc, but It doesn't seem to be working. It was Abilities\Spells\Orc\CommandAura\Flash.blp, in the War3.mpq, and that's the Custom path i used for it.

I jsut noticed i posted this horribly late. :?
