Skins and Unit Attachments

I made a bunch of reskins (for the Dryad,Faerie Dragon,Sorceress, and then Priestess of the Moon and Archer), but none of them worked. I used PhotoImpact 12, but when I import them, none work properly. The Faerie Dragon only shows as two wings in the team color and some sparkles, the Dryad's head doesn't work, only the body, and the Sorceress's cape is shown in team color and it doesn't have a head, and the new Archer and Priestess of the Moon don't even show up in the game (they still use the old skin).

Also, I've read some tutorials, but I can't get an item to show an attachment on the unit when it is picked up.

Any help is appreciated.

The attachment u wanna put in the hero must be a ".mdx" file and u must configure the attachment to it, creating an ability or a trigger.
