Skin won't work.

Hi! I'm trying to make an skin of teron Gorefiend from an acolyte but the skin dowsen't work. I have only made one skin before (the Island Troll Axethrower) and when I worked with the second skin in the same way as the first. Have I done something wrong?

Have you actually tried loading into a map to see or will it just not show in wc3viewer? Because I had the same problem once...wouldnt show up in the viewer but showed up in-game just fine.
