Skin section rules request topic up

Just so you know, requests for new rules for submitted skins are now being taken in the news forum topic "wc3sear.ch needs your help"

So for those of you who have been a bit more "outspoken" regarding the quality of skins on this site, now is your chance to say how things should be. Or if you are content and happy with the way things are, here is your chance to defend that.

So if you've been complaining, and you don't post here, you shouldnt further complain. :x
