Heres the issue.
Lets say I start with a Mountain King, he learns Storm Bolt, Bash, Yadayada...
After adding into Storm Bolt, he loses all his other hero abilties and instead gains Archamage's skillset.
Ie. When I hit level 2 I get to choose between Water Elemental, Blizzard, Brilliance.

Basically, how do I accomplish this.

You would need to use the Engineering Upgrade trick and make all of your "learned" abilities invisible dummy skills, adding the real abilities via trigger.
