I like it alot but the horns look a little weird, in any case good job

Not true, Pyramid Head models can receive up to 100+ comments. Like his Chaos Defiler and the Space Marine model from Warhammer 40000.

my suggestion would be to make the smoke emitter start somewhere about where his heart should be and fall down to the ground

A nice model that could be used in many maps, as well, it could be handy in a D00M map or some other such thing. Good use of it, but I'd suggest you smoothen out the global animation on the tail
