If you mean for ribs, you should do some research.. Humans have 24 ribs, 12 on each side, and I didn't want to make so many for because they wouldn't be noticeable and would take the polycount hell up.

Actually, neck is long because you see it whole. Neck is normally smaller when you look at human with skin on. One more reason, stand animations screw the neck abit, and it looks better when it is longer.

Hrm. I like it, pretty damn good.
Maybe 4/5.

The ribs look a bit mechanical(maybe thats just to keep polycount down), and they seem too pyramid shaped (wide at the bottom).

If the flames followed the spine they would look better, or if they were just around the ribcage.

The horns are a bit too thin (up down, and do kindof look like a sortof wreath (could be the screeny))

And If there was particles in the eyes or on the hands (like flames) that would rock.

Good model, but those are the things I would have done a bit differently.

Good Job though

- Aside: The model would look maybe a bit better with a less flawless white color, maybe a bit more yellow.

All that can be improved here is the horns. You could convert it to MDL format and rotate the horns a bit. Another thing - Do you plan to make a bada** ghostly voice set for this? The existing ones in blizzard don't suit it too well.

The model is original I agree, 5/5 for creativity. But for the model overall, this time I have to agree with Choas Name, the model isn't that great. Maybe I will give 3/5. The animation looks abit of...stupid? Erm Happy Tauren stay happy, this comment is not an insult or something bad as you think.
