At the time that I made this map, I was really annoyed with how the current RPG maps were being made. Most were boring, had no enemy scripting ( they just sat there, waiting to be hacked up and only passively acquired enemies that came into range) and the terraining on most were quite bland. This was basically a quick “Here is an example of how things should be done). I added a lot of scripted events, ambushes, retreats, spell usage and so forth, all the while putting extra emphasis on terraining to create eye candy as well as gameplay challenge. The only thing I really left out of this map was a storyline. It was just a very basic one about an intruder infiltrating a night-elf owned forest in an attempt to slay a witch. Overall I am very happy with how this map turned out. It is probably one of my best terraining works.
