I really, really, really need an ogre (one headed) with the Wildkin animation and with dissipate and if possible has a hero glow and has no weapons. is it too hard??

Hero glow and no weapons you can do yourself.
Hero glow - download the hero glow model, and attach it to the model's origin.
No weapons - get GIMP/Photoshop and put an alpha layer over the weapon's part of the skin.

what about the wildkin animation and the dissipation anim, i tried doing this with anim transfer but it was buggy
