yes it would be nice if you would upload the 9 textures too, or for those that are ingame ones - edit the path to be correct.
atm i have another request to work on, but if you have the textures i might have a look what i can do with it. ^^

k try it and tell me what you think. im not totally satisfied with the birth animation (entangled and haunted mine have the normal gold mine standing at the beginning of animation), but i was lazy. :|

i also replaced the rockbase.blp with the rock texture of goldmine (for them to match). if you dont like it i can undo it. but if you use it this way as it is, then you dont need the rockbase.blp texture.

well the problem is in the ChaosBirth.mdx. if i compare it to U(ndead)Birth.mdx, i can see that undead birth leaves no particles or anything at the end of it's birth animation. while chaos birth leaves the particles you mentioned, into the air.

this happened before i did anything on the refiner4.mdx, right?
