[HD/Modeling] Simple Item Model Request (Hopefully)

Hey all,

I need an item model like the ones from souls games. Basically it just needs to be a small ball of light a little bit off the ground that is clickable and has a simple death animation (fading away works). It doesn't have to have any omnilight attached. Thanks in advance!
