Simple Bullet Model

I need a simple bullet model like the one from Elimination Tournament. If you are unfamiliar with that, then it is also the one used as the Missile Art for the spear ability of that guy in Dota that makes a bunch of copies of himself. It's basically a little grey shard, but I don't know how to make a model at all. A bijillion thanks in advance >_>.

The model from Elimination Tournament is an in-game model. It is the quillbeast projectile.
If that doesn't suit you, look up the many Konstrukt projectiles.
