Sight Increase

i would like to increase a units sight range to say 3600

now the max the game allows is 1800 even if i force the field to 3600 it doesn't do anything

now i will settle for this sight to be forward only

i am looking for options on how to address this and would rather not create a dumby that moves with the unit if there is anyway to avoid this

You could make invisible dummy units around the real one.

Well, do you press Enter to open the field? The only thing you have to do is doing the same but pressing Shift at the same time. It allows you to type higher values.

i can and have entered higher values successfully but they have no effect in game
my actual sight is still only 1800

i am still trying to avoid the dummy unit

you must use dummy

You could also use visibility modifiers, if you want.
