The death animation is a bit disappointing. Some more dust and having a few pieces fall off would be nice.

Still, this is pretty cool and can be useful. More unique building models are always nice. 4/5.

but isn't this one a bit misplaced? I mean there's a hole bunch of pathing unused and the model goes outside of the pathing.

Look at how the Town Hall, Keep and Castle buildings are made in the object editor and copy the required animation names to your buildings.
