I have one very good idea, hope it's available to create it.

When a shop sells an item, I want to create an special effect which will be released from that triggering shop (also check what the shop is, since I have t1, t2, t3, t4, t5, t6 shop) and then release some kind of missile from it to item owner which was the item solded to him. Also the shop must play it's animation while casting that ability.

Any suggestions?
 
You can use dummy units as special effects, ordering them to move to the location you wish. You can also use the "Unit - A Unit sells an item(from shop)" as an event and "(Unit-type of (Triggering unit) equals to <your shop>" as a condition.
