Shooting Up {archer animation. What is the name?}

Hi, I was just wondering if aneyone could possibly tell me how to make an archer in the World Editor shoot up when you start the game, I might have it figured out because I just had an idea while writing this but if I do find out I will tell you.

Make it play its victory animation, then it shoots a flaming arrow into the sky until you end its loop.
