Although this shield is pretty simple, with just a few edges, it's perfect for this InGame texture, it just looks great, and you'll forget about that simpleness of the model..

Plus the small size (due to ingame textures) it's pretty useable for most maps and has a great looking! 4.5/5 due to it's too simple

because Humans can be warlords, and its a shield used in battle, and the most important part! my name

True but in general when if i said warlord (keep your mind on wc III ofc) you would probably think something orcish but if i said Commander for example you would probably go ahead and think human not orc.
just so people won't get disappointed when they see it. I got abit disappointed myself because i thought it was something orcish xD

warlord is actually a human title...... it is just you 'orc' people
