Sewer/Manhole cover and ladder

I am working on a map which requires entrance and exit from the sewer system. I have not been able to find anything remotely similar to a manhole cover with a ladder. It would be nice if I could get a manhole and a ladder, the manhole obviously to be placed in the roads and the ladder in the sewers. Thank you.

Err..how would this work? i mean..you wouldn't exactly be able to have it as a hole with a ladder since it would go through terrain? o.0

I think he means a manhole cover model with a seperate ladder model. I'm guessing for a way-gate-like function or zones like in the FTF Orc Bonus campaign.

Could be wrong though.

Just a doodad to mark the place where the hero "climbs" (trigger move) down to the sewers, and vice versa up the ladder.
