Setting Camera to Top down View?

How can I set the camera view so that it is looking directly downwards? (essentially how things look if you stand somewhere high, and look straight down, as opposed to an angle).

Actually, it's not opposed to angle. It's angle of attack that needs to be modified (270 degrees).

By angle I meant just an example.

Default camera view for WC3 is NOT lookiing directly down, its sort of slanted.
What I want is to set the camera to be facing downwards.

Yup. If you change that every 0.03 and you use the middle mouse button, it actually zooms in.

So now that I figured out how to change camera's angle of attack, how can I "lock" it to a specific unit?

Do I have to constantly reapply the camera object? How can I even move the camera object?

You don't need to use camera object, there is a camera action which only changes a specific camera setting without using a camera object.

Also, how can I prevent the players from changing the camera view (by using the mouse wheel for example).
