SetTimeOfDayScale or SuspendTimeOfDay

Which function should be used or does the difference not matter? This assumes passing true to SuspendTimeOfDay() or passing 0.0 to SetTimeOfDayScale(). This is with regards to performance/leak issues.

I would go withSuspendTimeOfDaybecause it seems like it may do more than just set the time scale (hence the name).
