Sell Lumber for Gold?

Can someone tell me how to make an item or skill that you can use to buy gold for your lumber?

Im using it for my new map, Reality v1 which will be posted soon (get jobs, get a girl etc. and the game itself is like loap, which is where i got the idea.)

Anywho, its an item. Lumber or something like that

You make the item give you X ammount of lumber, and you make it cost X ammount of gold

Simple, no?

and in that caragory you will find one that turns X lumber to X gold as well...
