Well after about 6 months of delaying the release of this broken version of this map, Here it is, Unofficially.
Yes it is made by me, And It is unstable for who knows why, When it crashes wc3 just closes with no error message or announcement what so ever. I have tried clearing the memory leaks and the like, and the 1.24 patch to battle.net seems to have made things worse.
