Small shot, one heck of a spam... How long did it take for you to make this eh?
You didn't even smooth the edges after using plateau-tool.

Things that could improve are:
1) point of view (its a littlebit boring)
2) Shrub spam near that deer isnt bothering me, however if you look in the distance it looks ugly, especially if you place shrubs on the rock tile.
3) The cliffs are a bit pointy, try to make them more like hills OR work with rocks if you want them to be pointy. Add some rocks there to make it look like a 'rough' area.

Think this might help you a bit, however what you made so far is not bad for a starter:D

It looks alright but yes there isn't much going on. I mean its ok since not all terrain needs to have something spectacular going on but ya it is bland. Maybe add some new shrubs, flowers, change the trees to add variation, maybe add more animals around the area.

  • Smooth the cliffs - sharp edges never look good in a naturalistic environment terrain.
  • Add more to the theme - to make this terrain more interesting, add something such as a dirt path that isn't infested with shrubs and weeds. It's not much, but it's a start!
  • Different Camera Angle - the angle and position of the camera is okay, but it could be better. Better how? Well, the terrain is really small, so for starters I would set the FoV value of the camera from 70 to 99999 (or whatever the highest is) it makes the terrain look bigger and can make some shots look really great. Don't always use this for all your terrains though, otherwise people will notice a repetitive pattern in how you show of your work.
  • Needs More Cowbell - :D
