Searing arrows

ohai, i just forgot how to make searing arrows being activated when a unit is built (it doesn't work with this 'normally activated ability-thing' in my case)
Any solutions?

• Unit - Order "response unit here" (like triggerng unit/trained unit etc) to Night Elf Priestess Of The Moon - Activate Searing Arrows
