So when you take the sea turtle and make it's move type Float it will walk on the top of the water rather than swim. How can I make it use the proper animation?
The problem is how to assign the movement. You can do foot, horse, fly, hover, float, and amphibious. I need it to only be able to go in water, so float - but it defaults to the stand 1 animation, which is for land instead of using the stand swim animation.
You can't make the unit float if it doesn't has the animations to float on the water.
The only best thing to do is like Huurka said in that case:
Base the turtle on a boat so it cannot walk on land.
If you really want to make the turtle floating on the water, concider an animator to do it for you or start learning animating.
No, it does have the animation, that's what I'm saying....
Open the editor, look at the gargantuan sea turtle unit, change it's type to float, and place it in water. It will stand on the water. Change it back to default and it will float, but be amphibious.
