Attachments/Animation Problem...

Currently, I have been trying to "make" a mounted, troll war turtle. However, when I use sphere to attach the troll to the turtle's back, it works perfectly. Now, here's the error. Whenever the turtle enters combat, the troll animation plays death constantly, over and over. Any possible way to stop this?
