Screen Special Effects?

My map is a third person map, but i i'm wondering whether you can create special effects on the players screen, i want hit detectors, so as in, if the players unit gets damaged from behind i want an indicator to show that the damage source is behind them, is this possible?
 
But dont forget that it messes up tooltips. As long as a filter is applied, tooltips are invisible for every player (even if you use GetLocalPlayer())
What about create image? or is that for regions?

EDIT: i've just had a look in the editor and you could use get local for this trigger couldn't you?

  • Image - Create an image using ReplaceableTextures\Splats\AuraRune9b.blp of size 256.00 at (Target of current camera view) with Z offset 0.00 using image type Indicator
