Screen Campaing

Hello, I am making a campaign and I don't know one thing, how change the campaign screen? That screen which says the name of campaign and have the buttons of the levels!
Please Respond...

Campaign Data > First Tab (Info and Image on Custom Campaigns list) > Second Tab (Buttons and Campaign Image)

Thank you, but, I fooled, I know how can I change the campaign screen, I don't know how put a non-game image, one created by myself.

It's the same way around.
1. Create the image.
2. Convert files to .Tga using Warcraft 3 Viewer(or something else).
3. Import in Campaign Editor.
4. Do what Daffa said.
