Scorescreen Icon

Its simple, but I don't seem to have the tools to create a scorescreen icon.
Whenever I try to make an icon, its either stretched out all huge (in comparison to the other icons) or leaves a big black square (as opposed to the area being transparent like blizz icons).

Would someone make the icon for me?
The unit icon I'm using is the Overlord
(ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNFelguardblue.blp)

Which tool?
The only tool I saw which might do that is the W3IR but it doesn't have an option for scorescreen icons.

i never really got why you need scorescreen icons. I just use BTN icons for scorescreen.

Tyvm for pointing me to the right tool.
The regular BTNs look tacky on the scorescreen.
